 My Policy
Patient Centered Concept
I
have always believed that if you do everything to make your
clientele happy, doing only what is best for the patient,
treating them as I would my own family: then I should do
well. Therefore, we use the most gentle numbing technique
with gels, sprays, rinses, patches and slow moves. A needleless
injection is available, anything you need for the most comfortable
experience. Also, we take some stress away by having the
"rear delivery" system where no instruments come
in your sight and the chair stands by itself. You can have
a wireless headphone to watch cable TV or a movie, or listen
to the music of your choice. Always feel free to bring your
own VHS or S-VHS tape, DVD, CD, MP3 CD, or Video CD, and we'll
put it on. Kids have their own play area with a Playstation 3. We also have N64s,
Super NES, and Nintendo game systems, for kids and adults alike. Anything
that will put you more at ease, you can bet we will work
on it.

care. We routinely perform the following:

We

dentures, extractions, root canal therapy, or wisdom teeth management with specialists, if necessary,
to assure the best dental health care we can deliver to
you.
Our Philosophy
We
want you to feel as comfortable as can be while taking care
of your dental health. We consider our patients like FRIENDS
and want to keep that long-term relationship through PREVENTION.
Are you well covered?
Here
is my idea of the Best dental coverage. Whatever restrictions
or inclusions your dental insurance plan covers, whether
you have insurance or not, the less expensive and easiest
way is prevention, regular check ups and early treatment.
I am a firm believer that prevention is the way to go. Procrastination
results in more extensive and complicated treatment that
can multiply the cost of care in a short period of time.
That's why we offer the credit card option so you can complete
a more suitable treatment plan and avoid compromising your
welfare.
2nd Opinions!
Tell
your friends. Especially the ones on HMO dental plans. I
feel a second opinion is my best tool against the abandonment
of conventional insurances to the managed-care plans. Those
plans are not insurance but only programs which dentists
sign for because the imposed fee schedule is close to normal
for extensive procedures. The same fee schedule might be
appealing to the patient when they consider fillings and
other preventive codes at very low fee. The result is a
risk of undertreatment as well as overtreatment. Despite
the limited list of clinics/dentists that HMOs and PPOs
request their clients to follow, thankfully you still
have the FREEDOM to choose your dentist. It is my pleasure
to offer my opinion as an independent practitioner for your
dental concerns.
Fees and Insurance
You
may pay by cash, check, or credit cards at the time of service.
As a courtesy, if you have a dental plan, the office will
gladly file insurance claims. This means you pay only the
difference between the fee and the amount of the insurance
benefits paid. Patti will be happy to help you with any
questions regarding fees and insurance coverage.
